  In late December 2014, we brought my wife's engagement ring in to be fixed. The owner did a great job fixing it. The stones prongs on the main stone needed to be fixed / rebuilt. The jeweler charged me almost $300 to fix the ring. This ring is 20 years old. Now 3 months later, all of the stones surrounding the main diamond are mysteriously loose and need to be fixed for an additional amount of $300. I would stay away from this jeweler. While they ensure that they have a great rapport with their customers, I do not believe that they have the customers' best intentions at heart. And to top it all off, after we questioned the owner about this additional $300 charge to fix the ring, he said that he wouldn't even take the job and kicked us out of his store. Beware!!!!!
